CHRISTMAS Day was made extra special for the Highbury residents who received one of the Tribune’s festive hampers.

Thanks to generous readers who donated to our annual Christmas Hamper Appeal, Jonathan Brewster, vicar at Christ Church Highbury, was able to take a batch of the hampers, filled with goodies, and give them out to those in need.

He and his wife Sarah spent their Christmas morning checking up on people around Highbury and surprising them with our hampers.

Our appeal was generously supported by Angel Central shopping centre, while Addison Lee helped us distribute them.

Thanks to those who donated...
