Grand Prix protests

Published: 27 April, 2012

• THE Grand Prix before Bahrain was held in China, a country noted for human rights abuses and the invasion of Tibet (MP: Halt Bahrain Grand Prix, April 20).

I don’t recollect any objections from Jeremy Corbyn to that event.

While he is concerned about protecting the right to protest in Bahrain, he has been at the forefront of attempts to prevent his political opponents from exercising their right to protest here in the UK.

He appears to qualify as a first-class hypocrite.
