Pains of bus travel

• I WAS carrying my dog and the C11 bus jerked me back.

I was unable to save myself and hit my spine and have since had to go to the doctor.

There seems little point in complaining to the drivers as, in fairness, they have been held up in traffic because of work for the Olympics.
