It’s not jobs vs homes

• THE council’s planning policy seems to be at odds with the needs of business (Hardline new homes policy ‘will cost jobs’, May 25).

With people searching for jobs and a huge demand for council housing, it is a pity they cannot find a solution that works for everyone.
