• FOR no logical reason the new head of Hargrave Park School is pushing through a rebrand. When schools are blaming everything on a lack of cash, a rebrand surely is low on the priority list.
Despite opposition, the school, it seems, is pushing ahead regardless.
Families of pupils who attend the school are certainly not affluent and some struggle to make ends meet so having to splash out on something that is both not needed and not wanted is nothing but an uncaring slap in the face of those who need all the help they can get.
If that wasn’t bad enough, the rebranding that has been shown is both dated and ugly.
I, as well as many others, would like to know whose vanity project this is, why the families are being ignored and why such an ugly logo/colour scheme is being pushed forward?
I would also like to know why my many emails to the school on this subject have never been replied to.
