Points after ‘arson hell’ case

• WITH reference to your article (Mum in ‘arson hell’ case cleared, December 3) I would be interested to know whether Camden has granted Kim Blake any extra harassment and violence points in order to be rehoused after she was found not guilty of the charges of arson against her.
In similar cases where council tenants are victims of harassment or intimidation emergency transfers are sometimes granted, alternatively, under the relevant housing allocations policy, tenants may be entitled to extra points which may allow a better chance of successfully bidding on a new property.
Only too often do we advise council tenants on issues that should be clear from the council’s allocations policy,
