Trader to face manslaughter trial over Soho death

A CITY trader is due to face a jury trial over the death of a businessman who remained in a coma for 18 months.
Charles Cox, 56, suffered a fractured skull and brain damage following an alleged assault in Wardour Street, Soho, on November 2007.
Mr Cox, from South Kensington was an executive with IT company EDS. He died in hospital on July 1.
Jeremy Aylmer, 36, of Cloudesley Street, now faces a charge of manslaughter at the Old Bailey.
Mr Justice Bean is to conduct a preliminary at Lewes Crown Court on January 29 when a trial date will be fixed.
