This odd documentary has enough talking-head talent to make it work.
Artist Andrew Logan runs something called the “Alternative Miss World Pageant”, an over-the-top costume show that the MC Logan calls a piece of living artwork.
It could be all rather ridiculous, but with people like Brian Eno popping up, it’s good fun.
And you can’t but help think the world is a richer place for eccentrics.
I fear that the original crop of 20th-century dandies are being lost at an alarming rate.
This film highlights many of those we have left.
